One very nice benefit of homeschooling is spring break. Need a day off in January? Okay! Is it raining during everyone else's spring break? We'll do school instead and save our spring break for.... spring! Okay!
Much to Callie's chagrin, spring break week means mom has more time to organize her schoolwork. More time to schedule work for her. No running here and there this week, since there is no preschool, no gymnastics, no bible study, no ice skating. So it is my spring break!
I have more time to dish out the school assignments though. She's not liking "spring break" too much. Oh well, no pain no gain. We'll take some spring days off, so please don't think I'm too mean.
