Sierra was a real trooper. She was very brave and never cried once. She came out of the anesthesia very gently. They said many kids are grumpy but she was not, so we were glad. We thought she was sleeping a lot at first but she was just resting her eyes because she heard us and responded to everything we said, just with her eyes closed.
Ibuprofen seems to help the most with the pain and has allowed her to sleep all afternoon. Here eyes are very red, especially her left eye. This could last a few weeks.
